Placing a wholesale order

What are your minimum order quantities?

All Micro products are offered in case packs of 4 units by style, with color mixing available in two’s. For example, you may order (2) Mini Deluxe - Blue and (2) Mini Deluxe - Pink to fill your casepack. The ability to mix colors may be restricted briefly during peak holiday times.


How do I place my order?

Orders may be placed directly on this website or via e-mail to orders@microkickboard.com. If you have questions and/or prefer speaking to someone on our team, give us a call! We’d love to help and our team is available M-F 9am-5pm EST at (888) 236-5657.


Shipping

Who covers shipping?

We offer free freight on all prepaid orders.


When can I expect my order to arrive?

Our warehouse team works diligently to ensure all orders ship in a reasonable timeframe. Currently, most orders ship within 1-3 business days via UPS ground. Our processing time is subject to delays during peak holiday times.


Pricing | Selling Policies

May I discount Micro products?

In order to uphold the image of our brand, we require all retailers to agree to our MAP pricing policy, which only allows discounting twice per year, alongside all retailers. (Holiday sale and spring sale).


May I sell Micro products on my website?

Yes! We permit and encourage retailers to sell Micro products on their website. However, we prohibit selling our products on third party websites, such as Amazon.com, Google Express, or Walmart.com. Additionally, we do not permit selling or shipping our products internationally.


Customer Returns

How do I handle a customer return?

Our customer service team is available as a resource both to our retailers and their customers. Because all parts are replaceable, we ask that you direct any customer service needs to our team, rather than offering replacement items from your inventory. Our team is unable to issue credits for scooters that are replaced without prior approval from our wholesale team.
